| This cartoon was done by the art teacher at the Weston High School back in the late 70's. I don't remember his name, and he didn't sign it. I have the original, somewhere... This is a scan made from a photocopy. We used it as heading for letterhead. The town liked the idea, but instead spent $40.000 on a handicap equipped mini-van for field trips. At the time, we could have had the bus up and running for $5000. I'd spotted an old school bus for sale that was already painted blue. The only expense would have been for the driver, and volunteers were ready to come forward. This is an old idea just as timely today as it was 30 years ago! |
