RFA SCOUTING DAY II
June 17th 2008
Our second scouting day
took us to Camp Hill Farm in Pomona (John McDowell &
Alexandra Spadea), the Duryea Farm of the Fellowship
Community and the Pfeiffer Center at Threefold
Educational Foundation.
These farms are all working with the land based on the
principles of biodynamics, which got its start in this
country at the Pfeiffer Center in 1933. Out of it grew
the organic movement on this continent.
